On this Valentine’s Day, I want to spread some kindness and self-care for you. This has been used as a “closer” in my Consciousness class, so I thought it would be great with the intro for others to try it out.

As you say the prayer the first time, say it for yourself. As you say the prayer the second time, say it for a loved one. As you say it the third time, say it for someone you are in conflict with. When you say the prayer this final time, say it for all of humanity.

May I have loving kindness
