Back to Photography

Hello everyone!

I am excited to say that I am back at taking photos on a semi-regular basis. I hope to be freelancing more and taking photos groups, friends, and events.  I will spend this post on what photos I have been taking in recent times. Plus, I will enlighten everyone on the kind of projects that I am jumpig into!

Over the last 6 months or so, I have taken photos in 3 different genres.  First, I find myself being drawn back to the roots of nature.  It is quite cleansing and freeing to spend time amongst the trees.  So while in New Mexico, where can someone go to find an abundance of greenery? To the Jemez Mountains!

Second, my family are active in Society of Creative Anachronim (SCA) – so we recreate Medieval Times.  All of the folks that are involved are great to learn from and are very skilled in what they have mastered in the SCA. At some events, I get to shoot pictures of all the fighting, people interacting, a few new arts being made, and all kind of magic!

Third, I have been taking photos of a junior baseball league here in Albuquerque – New Mexico School of Baseball (NMSB).  Within a few days, I posted a few photos on my Facebook page.  I am somewhat rusty on sports, but it came back to me! Not to mention, since these baseball players are young – you never know what kind of shenanigans will go on! HA! It is fitting to use a photojournalistic style with informal games and teenage boys.

I hope you will come back here to this blog to check out what other photography I am doing.  I am free and open to all kinds of photos! Please contact me today at for any inquiries. I look forward to hearing from you!
